ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Male Psychotherapist to provide psychological assessment and evidence-based psychotherapy for boys and men recovering from substance use disorders and other mental health conditions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct psychological assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, and family psychotherapy.
• Deliver specialized therapy for boys and men recovering from alcohol and drug addiction.
• Assess and manage mental health conditions including depression, anxiety, trauma, stress-related disorders, and behavioural problems.
• Facilitate psychoeducation, relapse prevention, and life skills programmes.
• Promote emotional wellbeing, resilience, and healthy coping strategies.
• Collaborate with the mutidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.
• Maintain accurate clinical records while adhering to ethical and professional standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Counselling or Psychology.
• Experience in addiction recovery or mental health services will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and counselling skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
