JOB DETAILS:

Full Job Requirements – Marketing & Inter-Media Manager

• Proficient in the Lusaka real estate market, including the new housing market, secondary housing market, and land market.
• Fully familiar with the real estate transaction process and local real estate policies.
• Able to predict future market trends and have a keen market vision.
• Skilled in handling market crises.
• Possess rich overseas market networks and resources. Candidates who can immediately bring their own personal resources are highly preferred.
• Have rich experience in team management.
• Have at least 5 years of working experience in similar positions.
• Age between 30 and 40 years old, gender is not limited.
• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Able to advance and retreat with the company for a long term
