Job Summary
As a Sales & Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products/services, increase brand awareness, and drive sales.

Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, events, etc.)
2. Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
3. Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.
4. Create engaging content (blog posts, videos, graphics, etc.) to showcase our brand's personality and values.
5. Manage and optimize our social media presence.
6. Analyze campaign results and provide data-driven insights to inform future marketing decisions.7. Work closely with the design team to develop visually appealing marketing materials

Requirements
• DIPLOMA in Marketing or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in marketing or a related field
- Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools.
