Ezra Energy Limited is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Secretary to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing daily clerical and administrative tasks while providing executive support and ensuring smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day clerical and administrative duties.
  • Provide executive administrative assistance and company secretarial support.
  • Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems.
  • Support executives with office management tasks.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong clerical and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in company secretarial work.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and office management software.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Qualification in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field is an added advantage.
