Background

South Great Logistics Limited is seeking to fill the position of Outbound Logistics Officer. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient and accurate distribution of goods from the warehouse to their final destinations. The successful candidate will report to the Operations Manager and play a key part in the company's logistics operations.

Purpose

Execute outbound distribution from warehouse to end customers or retail points.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert customer orders into dispatch plans and truck loading schedules.
• Ensure accurate load sequencing for multi-drop deliveries.
• Coordinate with dispatch officers for timely gate-out.
• Monitor last-mile delivery performance and customer feedback.
• Manage return logistics (failed deliveries, RTO).

Qualifications

• Degree / Diploma in Logistics.
• 2+ years outbound / distribution experience.
• Familiarity with routing apps (Locus, Routific, or similar).

Competencies

Route sequencing, customer-centric, time-sensitive execution.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: bachelor degree
