KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Warehouse Logistics Operations: Execute daily receiving, binning, picking, packing, and dispatching tasks in strict accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Order Processing & Compliance: Fulfill customer order specifications within agreed turnaround times and quality benchmarks.

Material Handling & Equipment Operation: Safely operate heavy lifting equipment (such as forklifts) and handle heavy loads for stock staging and movement.

KPI & Performance Management: Exceed daily warehouse Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) while maintaining clean, accurate performance logs and reporting.

Safety & Housekeeping: Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations, ensuring a clean, organized, and safe workplace at all times.

Inventory & Process Adherence: Maintain high levels of process compliance during physical stock handling and bin assignments.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Education & Credentials

  • Full Grade 12 School Certificate or equivalent secondary education qualification.
  • Certificate or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Purchasing, or a related discipline.
  • Paid-up membership with a recognized professional purchasing and supply institute (e.g., ZIPS or local equivalent).
  • Valid and clean driver’s license.
  • Technical or mechanical qualifications are an added advantage.

Experience & Key Skills

  • Practical experience working in a spare parts, automotive, or industrial equipment warehouse.
  • Proven capability in operating heavy lifting equipment (e.g., Forklifts) and manually handling heavy materials.
  • Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office applications and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) / warehouse inventory systems.
  • Strong process-compliance orientation with the ability to work independently and take ownership of daily tasks.

  • Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Customer service orientation and strong verbal/written communication skills.
  • Strong focus on workplace safety and team collaboration.
