JOB DETAILS:

Role Overview:

The Pharmacy Assistant supports the daily operations of the pharmacy by assisting pharmacists and providing excellent customer service. You will help with dispensing medications, managing stock, and attending to customer queries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist pharmacists in dispensing medications and managing prescriptions
• Handle customer inquiries and provide guidance on medication use and product availability
• Manage inventory, including receiving, stocking, and organizing pharmaceutical products
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the pharmacy area
• Support in administrative duties such as record-keeping and filing
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and procedures
• Provide excellent customer care, ensuring a positive experience for all clients

Minimum Qualifications:

• Certificate or Diploma in Pharmacy Technology
• Registration with the relevant regulatory body
• Prior experience in dispensing and customer care is an advantage

Skills and Attributes:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and adapt
