JOB DETAILS:
Purpose
Reconcile trips, fuel purchases, driver advances, and customer payments to close daily financial exceptions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Match trip sheets, fuel receipts, and toll expenses against planned costs.
- Reconcile driver trip advances vs. actual expenses collected.
- Flag fuel variances (planned vs actual consumption).
- Reconcile customer invoices with signed PODs and rates.
- Prepare weekly operations cost reconciliation report.
Qualifications:
- Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
- 1–2 years reconciliation experience, preferably in logistics.
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and ERP basic.
Competencies:
- Numeric accuracy, audit mindset, deadline-driven.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: associate degree
