RESERVATIONS AGENT (1) – LUSAKA

ONE (1) YEAR CONTRACT

We are looking for a professional and detail-oriented Reservations Agent to manage guest reservations, respond to enquiries and ensure a smooth booking experience from enquiry to arrival.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration or a related field will be an advantage.
• Previous experience in reservations, front office, hotel reception or a similar hospitality role.
• Good knowledge of hotel reservation procedures and systems (Opera).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Professional telephone and email etiquette.
• Ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: bachelor degree
