JOB DETAILS:

LEVEL : Senior Officer

LOCATION : Lusaka, HQ

JOB PURPOSE

Responsible for delivering business requirements for both B2B and IUC. Provide recommendations for better business approaches that enable implementation within the financial transmission right (FTR).

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES ARE:

* B2B Network configuration and Postpaid Billing validation (Bulk SMS, USSD Billing)
* Conduct Commission Validations across Enterprise.
* Managing IUC Billing with network, mediation and Billing configuration.
* Perform daily monitoring of trends and conduct data analysis and investigation to identify exact anomallies
* Automate processes as and when possible
* Liaise with technical and IT Spocs to ensure delivery of projects on time, and with zero errors
* Understand the business and regulatory guidelines, analyze requirements and provide recommendations
* Conduct risk analysis and document the business requirements and formulate the business processes
* Look for Revenue opportunities, revenue leakages, and close them end to end
* Track key deliverables and be on top of it.
REQUIREMENTS

Educational Qualifications & Functional / Technical Skills:

* University Degree in Computer Science or related field
* Strong analytical, technical and reporting skills.
* IT proficiency
* Knowledge of SQL or any other tool
Relevant Experience:

* 3-4 years of experience in a related field.
* In-depth knowledge of GSM Networks, IN and IT Billing & Provisioning Systems.
* Good understanding of data models and various IT platforms/solutions.
* Understanding of the B2B products Enterprise, Fiberco, Data Center with flavors of MPLC, NLD, IPLC, Shared internet, etc
COMPETENCIES REQUIRED FOR THE POST

* Ability to work and deliver under pressure and squeezed timelines.
* Ability to take ownership for the work assigned and have good follow through skills
* Demonstrated ability to work in an ambiguous and fast paced environment
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as individually
* Ability to build strong relationships in a matrix environment to help negotiate priorities and to resolve conflicts among project stakeholders.
* Project management and planning skills.
