JOB DETAILS:
Summary: Promotes and ensures a safe work environment by implementing and monitoring safety programs and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify and correct hazards.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses to determine root cause and recommend corrective actions.
- Deliver safety inductions and ongoing training to employees.
- Maintain safety records and ensure compliance with MSHA, OSHA, or other regulatory bodies.
- Advise management and employees on safety best practices and legal requirements.
- Manage emergency response preparedness and drills.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Degree in Occupational Health & Safety or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Professional certification (CSP, ASP, CHST) is highly desirable.
- Thorough knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication, observation, and reporting skills.

Experience in Months: 24
Level of Education: bachelor degree
