Solutions Plus Zambia Limited is seeking a Sage Pastel Consultant.

Responsibilities

1. Provide support services for the following products:

• i. Sage Pastel Express/Partner
• ii. Sage 200 Evolution
• iii. Sage Payrolls

2. Details of support service include:

• i. Resolving Pastel Installation and Connection Issues
• ii. Resolving User operational issues
• iii. Resolve System errors (Software and Data Corruption)
• iv. Recommending best practices for Pastel usage
• v. Assist/Training of End Users on how the Softwares/Systems work
• vi. Sage Pastel Implementation Project Management:
  • a. Design Implementation program and structure
  • b. Initiate and perform system setups and Data importations
  • c. Training of Users
  • d. Deployment of a working system
  • e. Monitor system usage and uptake
  • f. Report on Implementation Project
  • g. Respond to Support Calls

• Provide support services for Sage Pastel Express/Partner, Sage 200 Evolution, and Sage Payrolls.
• Resolve Pastel Installation and Connection Issues.
• Resolve User operational issues.
• Resolve System errors (Software and Data Corruption).
• Recommend best practices for Pastel usage.
• Assist/Train End Users on how the Softwares/Systems work.
• Manage Sage Pastel Implementation Projects, including designing the program and structure, initiating and performing system setups and data importations, training users, deploying a working system, monitoring system usage and uptake, reporting on the project, and responding to support calls.

• Experience with Sage Pastel products (Express/Partner, 200 Evolution, Payrolls).
• Proven ability to resolve technical issues related to software installation, connection, and operation.
• Experience in system error resolution, including software and data corruption.
• Experience in training end-users.
• Project management experience, particularly in system implementations.
