Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the annual sales strategy and revenue targets.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the performance of the sales team.

• Prepare forecasts based on production capacity and market demand.
• Liaise with the Finance department regarding credit risk and payment terms.
• Represent the company at international trade fairs and mining exhibitions.
