Responsibilities:
- Generate high-quality leads and convert prospects into clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, and stakeholders
- Conduct property viewings and provide expert property advice
- Negotiate sales and rentals agreements
- Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity
Qualifications:
- Grade 12 certificate or higher; real estate certification a plus
- Proven sales experience, or real estate background
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong networking and problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated and driven to meet sales targets
