Senior Graphic Designer

Responsibilities

Creative Design Production: Design high-quality visual assets including logos, brochures, banners, social media graphics, packaging, and websites using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).

Brand Identity Management: Develop and maintain the organization's visual brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all internal and external communications.

Creative Direction: Lead and guide junior designers or freelancers, reviewing their work and providing constructive feedback to maintain design standards.

Concept Development: Translate marketing strategies and client briefs into compelling visual concepts and design mockups for approval.

Multimedia Content: Create motion graphics, animations, and video editing content for digital campaigns and social media when required.

Print Production Oversight: Liaise with external printers and vendors to ensure accurate color matching, quality, and timely delivery of print materials.

Trend Awareness: Stay updated on the latest design trends, software updates, and industry best practices to keep the company's visuals fresh and innovative.

• Ability to translate marketing strategies and client briefs into visual concepts.
• Experience in creating motion graphics, animations, and video editing is a plus.
• Knowledge of print production processes and liaising with vendors.
• Awareness of current design trends and industry best practices.
