Job Purpose

To oversee daily shop operations, ensuring excellent customer service, product quality, staff performance, and adherence to hygiene and safety standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• Grade 12 Certificate (minimum).
• Diploma in Business, Hospitality, or Food Service Management is an advantage.
• Minimum 1–2 years supervisory experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality.
• Strong leadership, organization, and customer service skills.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: associate degree
