Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily on-site granite mining operations and supervise crew members.
• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Manage site resources, heavy machinery, and production schedules efficiently.
• Report progress, challenges, and milestones directly to management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager or in a similar supervisory role within the mining or quarrying sector.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Deep understanding of safety protocols and operational compliance.
• Ability to relocate to or work in Chipata.
