Description

TopFloor is seeking a skilled and motivated Site Support to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will provide on-site HR support for seasonal and outsourced workforce management across client locations, ensuring compliance, professionalism, and alignment with TopFloor’s brand values. This role supports recruitment, onboarding, documentation, payroll inputs, statutory returns, and employee file management with precision and empathy.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Support recruitment and selection of seasonal/casual staff ensuring:
    • Age eligibility, valid NRC, physical fitness, and work ethic
    • Assist with contract explanation and documentation
    • Assist Prepare and update employee files with valid documentation
    • Conduct induction sessions for new staff
  • Compliance & Documentation
    • Ensure statutory registrations and returns are completed accurately and on time
    • Assist with documentation during disciplinary proceedings
    • Assist To Maintain organized staff files and records
  • Payroll & Attendance
    • Manage daily attendance records and overtime calculations
    • Prepare and verify payroll inputs and outputs
    • Submit payment schedules and distribute payslips
    • Assist Receive and forward leave applications to supervisors

Requirements

  • Demonstrated alignment and commitment to TopFloor’s values
  • Diploma in Human Resource Management, a degree is preferred.
  • Must be a registered member of Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management (ZIHRM)
  • Should have demonstrable skill in the use of MS Office skills (Word, Spreadsheets, PowerPoint).
  • Prior HR or administrative experience is an added advantage
  • Should understand how to use the Google based work systems (Gmail, Google Calendar and Google Drive).
  • Demonstrable understanding of Labour Laws and labour laws.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both verbal and written forms.
  • Strong documentation and record keeping skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with tact and discretion.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build effective working relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Fluent in verbally communicating in at least one major local language.
  • Ability to travel across client sites.
  • Valid driver’s license.
