A great opportunity for _skilled operators_.
TLB Operator (Backhoe Loader) – 2 Positions
(Wheeled tractor with a front loading bucket and a rear excavating arm – the "Swiss Army knife" of site work)
- Dual-Machine Operation: Continuously switch between two functions in a single shift—using the front loader for pushing, leveling, and stockpiling, and the rear backhoe for precision digging.
- Confined/Space-Limited Digging: Excavate trenches, footings, and small foundation holes in tight urban/residential spaces where a full-sized excavator cannot physically fit or turn around.
- Backfilling & Compaction: Use the front bucket to backfill excavated trenches and, if equipped with a compaction wheel, lightly compact the soil in layers.
- Utility Exposure: Carefully expose buried utilities (water pipes, cables, gas lines) using the backhoe's fine-touch controls without damaging them—a task larger excavators struggle with.
- On-Site Mobility: Drive the machine on public roads between different job sites within a local area without needing a low-bed transport trailer (saving mobilization costs).
- Bucket/Hammer Changes: Manually swap the rear backhoe attachment between a digging bucket, a trenching bucket, and a hydraulic breaker (for light concrete/rock breaking).
Note: Qualified and experienced operators are encouraged to apply.
