Key Responsibilities

• Drived manage strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
• Lead field execution, ensure product availability, and support sales reps.
• Analyze market treands, track performance, and report key insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver excellence.
• Lead a team of ADCs and CEs for your region

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administrartion or related field
• 5-10 years' experience in sales/ territory management (FMCG preferred)
• Strong analytical, leadership and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and readiness to travel within the territory
