JOB DETAILS:

Purpose

Real-time monitoring of fleet movement, driver behavior, fuel efficiency, and route adherence using GPS tracking systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor vehicle locations, speed, idling, and route deviation 24/7.
• Generate daily tracker exception reports (speeding, unauthorised stops, off-route).
• Alert drivers and dispatchers immediately on violations.
• Coordinate with operations to recover delayed or missing vehicles.
• Maintain tracker hardware inventory and report faulty devices.
• Assist in fuel consumption analysis via odometer vs. trip data.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma in Logistics, IT, or related field.
• 1+ year experience with GPS tracking platforms (e.g., Wialon, Queclink, G7).
• Basic Excel and report writing.

Competencies:

• Attention to detail, quick reaction time, night-shift readiness.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: associate degree
