Sabot Zambia Limited is hereby inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates to fill the underlisted vacant positions:
Main Responsibilities
Ensure Tyres and casings are tracked daily and timeously through the Tyre management system.
Complete the daily stock report and submit to the Tyre supervisor.
Conduct detailed Tyre inspection and maintain all Tyre records.
Track Tyre inventory using Tyre tracking system and inventory system
Issue Tyres to vehicles as needed.
Produce Tyre weekly report and submit to the Tyre supervisor.
Carry out any other duties which may be assigned.
Scrap Tyres in the Tyres managements system.
Qualifications and Experience
Certificate or Diploma in records management/Chartered Institute of Logistics in Transport
Advanced hands-on Microsoft office
Experience in handling Fleet management and Tyres tracking, an added advantage
Traceable experience in busy transport workshop
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: professional certificate
