JOB DETAILS:
Qualifications:
• Diploma or higher in Building Construction or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction or site supervision.
• Knowledge and skills related to CDF projects or similar construction projects.

Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities.
• Ensure work is carried out according to plans, specifications, and safety standards.
• Manage and guide construction workers, including bricklayers, carpenters, electricians, and others.
• Monitor progress and report to the Project Manager.
• Resolve on-site issues and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Skills:
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
