Looking for an experienced yango driver to join our fleet.

Job Requirements – Yango Driver

1. Valid Documentation

• Valid Zambian driver’s license (Class B or higher).
• Valid NRC.
• Clean driving record with no major traffic offenses.

2. Experience & Knowledge

• Minimum of 1–2 years driving experience.
• Good knowledge of Kitwe roads, shortcuts, and high-traffic areas.
• Ability to use smartphone apps (GPS, Yango Driver app).

3. Personal Qualities

• Dedicated, hardworking, and trustworthy.
• Honest, reliable, and punctual.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Good personal hygiene and professional conduct.

4. Responsibilities

• Drive safely and follow all road rules.
• Maintain the vehicle in a clean and neat condition daily.
• Report any issues or mechanical problems immediately.
• Handle customers professionally and follow Yango guidelines.
• Protect the vehicle and avoid reckless or negligent driving.

5. Work Ethic

• Willing to work consistent hours.
• Respectful and responsible with the owner’s vehicle.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision.
