Responsibilities
As a Direct Sales Agent, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Mukuru's financial products and services directly to customers in the field. This role requires proactive engagement, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will act as a brand ambassador, educating potential clients about our offerings and facilitating their onboarding process.
Qualifications and Requirements
We are looking for dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Male / Female
- Grade 12 certificate
- Ability to speak English fluently
- Fast learner with a proactive attitude
- Experience as a field worker is an added advantage.
Work Environment
N.B. The job is 100% field work. This means you will be actively working in various locations, engaging directly with the community.
Locations
The positions are available in the following locations: Kitwe, Ndola, Kasumbalesa, Solwezi, Mufurila, Kalulushi, Luanshya, Kapiri, Kabwe, Nakonde, Kasama, and Mansa.
