Job Summary:

To actively seek out new sales opportunities in the market for the company’s products (stone, aluminium, roofing, furniture) by visiting clients, building relationships, and closing deals to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and generate new business leads within the construction, retail, and corporate sectors.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to promote products.
• Prepare and submit quotations and proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet monthly/quarterly targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
• Gather market intelligence and provide feedback to management.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma/Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of field sales experience, preferably in building materials, construction, or furniture.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Must have own reliable transport and a valid driver’s license.
