JOB DETAILS:
Job Summary
To deliver, assemble, and install furniture items (e.g., cabinets, wardrobes, office furniture) at client sites, ensuring high-quality finish and complete customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble and install furniture on-site according to design plans.
- Ensure all installations are level, secure, and fully functional.
- Handle finishing work such as fitting handles, hinges, and adjusting doors/drawers.
- Conduct final inspection with the client and address any immediate concerns.
- Handle furniture and materials with care to avoid damage during transport and installation.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor with clients.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Grade 12 Certificate. Carpentry or joinery background is highly advantageous.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in furniture assembly and installation.
- Proficient with hand and power tools used in furniture fitting.
- Good customer service skills and a clean driver's license may be required.
