Job Description

To ensure end-end efficient execution of payments, delivering exceptional service excellence within compliance standards and risk controls. Drive process improvements based on data analysis, and monitor performance metrics to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Additionally, lead strategic initiatives, manage costs, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the team.

  • Efficient and accurate execution of all FX Outward Payments within prescribed standards
  • Efficient execution of Vostro RTGS payments.
  • Reconciliation Exceptions Management.
  • Monitor and Track Key Risk Indicators (KRIs)
  • Review and Update Process and Risk Controls
  • Efficient execution of exception manual instructions.
  • Efficient execution of Trade Products; Guarantees, Letters of Credit and Foreign Bills for Collection
  • Track and monitor performance of robotics and/or automated workflow systems.
  • Efficient customer query and complaint management
  • Understand customer needs, review and analyse customer feedback and deliver customer experience excellence aligned to organisational values and service standards, through proactive, innovative and appropriate solution selection and application
  • Provide customers with relevant information to keep them informed of products and service options
  • Build professional long-term relationships with customers based on trust that builds the brand.
  • Propose ideas and opportunities that align with and impact the business’ strategic focus areas.
  • Research, enable and consult on improvements and opportunities to harness technology and platform enablement.
  • Implement business process improvements according to quality standards, policy, compliance and governance requirements in area of accountability.
  • Ensure operational discipline by adhering to established processes and standards.
  • Ensure the development, alignment, mapping and implementation of end-to-end processes aligned to the customer journey map.
  • Review existing processes and suggest innovative ideas to improve and streamline processes to drive efficiencies and minimise redundancy.
