JOB DETAILS:

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Grade 12
• Experience in SAP or Sage evolution
• Experience in the warehouse
• Certificate or Diploma in any field is an added advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Download purchase orders on the customer B2B portal for actioning
• Flag all orders with price differences with commercial department
• Order Capturing, picking-slip creation and invoicing in Sage evolution
• Review and check order for obvious errors and hand over for action
• Maintain daily running files of all documents to ensure ease of retrieval
• Perform various general warehouse duties as directed

Work Hours: 8

Level of Education: associate degree
