Golden Oaklet At Home Ltd is seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our workforce in Ndola. We are currently hiring for the following positions: Supervisors, Cashiers, Sales Assistants, Security, and General Workers.

Available Positions

1. Supervisor

Role Overview:

• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Manage and motivate team members to meet performance targets
• Maintain high standards of customer service and operational efficiency

2. Cashier

Role Overview:

• Handle customer transactions with accuracy and efficiency
• Provide excellent customer service at the point of sale
• Manage cash and digital payments while maintaining records

3. Sales Assistant

Role Overview:

• Assist customers in finding products and provide recommendations
• Maintain store presentation and stock inventory
• Drive sales through excellent service and product knowledge

4. Security

Role Overview:

• Ensure the safety and security of staff, customers, and premises
• Monitor surveillance systems and conduct regular patrols
• Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies

5. General Worker

Role Overview:

• Support various operational tasks, including cleaning and maintenance
• Assist with inventory management and stock organization
• Perform manual tasks as needed to support team efficiency

Requirements for All Positions

• Educational Qualification: Must possess a Grade 12 certificate
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and customer service abilities
• Location: Must be a Ndola resident or willing to relocate to Ndola
• Work Flexibility: Must be available to work various shifts, including weekends
• Preferred Qualifications: A business course and prior work experience will be considered an added advantage
