Who We're Looking For
Are you a go-getter with a passion for sales and financial empowerment? Spectrum Credit Zambia is hiring Sales Agents to drive loan uptake among GRZ personnel. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and love helping clients access life-changing credit solutions, we want to meet you!
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell loan products to government employees
- Educate clients on buy-off options, instant approvals, and repayment plans
- Achieve monthly sales targets and build lasting client relationships
- Report daily activities and client feedback to supervisors
Requirements
- Minimum Grade 12 Certificate
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales experience or financial services background is a plus
- Self-driven, confident, and target-oriented
