Job Summary:

To provide sales support in the showroom or sales office, assisting walk-in and call-in customers, processing orders, and ensuring a positive customer experience to support the sales team’s objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers, understand their needs, and present suitable product options.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Process sales orders, invoices, and payments accurately.
• Maintain showroom displays, samples, and literature.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and production team on order status and delivery.
• Follow up with customers for feedback and after-sales support.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Grade 12 Certificate; Diploma in Sales/Marketing or related field is a plus.
• Prior experience in a retail, showroom, or customer service role.
• Good product knowledge or ability to learn about building materials quickly.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and proficiency in MS Office.
• Presentable and customer-focused.
