JOB DETAILS:
A leading IT company is seeking a motivated entry-level Sales Associate to join their team in Lusaka, Zambia.
Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct outbound sales calls to inform customers about product offerings
2. Respond to online inquiries via platforms such as Facebook, email, and the company website, as well as via mobile and telephone
3. Accurately capture and manage all sales leads from various channels
4. Verify customer documentation to ensure authenticity and perform additional KYC (Know Your Customer) checks
Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
