Nava Energy Zambia Limited is seeking to fill 2 positions for a Trainee Electrical Engineer – Solar Power plant Execution. This is a skilled Electrical engineering site-based position responsible for execution of 100 MW solar power project. It includes late-stage development leading up to construction progress and to ensure EPC Contractor compliance with the Contract.
Responsibilities or duties
Implementation of the industrial standards, quality, Health & Safety Norms (HSE Guidelines). Responsible for execution of work as per Quality Control plan and Safety Plan. Making sure all electrical works are as per drawings & schedule. Perform any other duties as delegated by the Supervisor.
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
Diploma/B.Tech/BE – Electrical Engineering. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Power point and Excel. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in English.
Experience needed
Minimum 1 year of experience in any electrical field.

Take ownership of meeting deadlines and drive tasks to completion. Strong initiative and the ability to proactively identify required tasks. Able to work independently and in groups.
