JOB DETAILS:

We’re seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you’ll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. Your goal will be to resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely, professional, and friendly manner, ensuring a positive customer experience.

*Key Responsibilities:*
– Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
– Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
– Provide accurate and helpful information to customers
– Utilize knowledge base and other resources to resolve customer issues
– Escalate complex issues to senior support team members or management as needed
– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
– Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer experience

*Requirements:*
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
– Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and other support tools

*Qualifications:*
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
– 1-3years of experience in customer support or a related field
– High school diploma or equivalent required
– Relevant certifications (e.g. customer service certification) are a plus
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

*Preferred Qualifications:*
– Experience working with CRM software and other customer support tools
– Knowledge of customer support best practices and methodologies
– Experience working in a call center or customer support environment
– Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
