Qualifications:
- Recognized Health, Safety, and Environment qualification
- Preferably NEBOSH certification, or a relevant degree or diploma
- Environmental certification is an added advantage
- Knowledge of teaching methodology; TEVETA accreditation is a plus
- Experience in mining, construction, or agriculture sectors
- Minimum of 3 years designing and facilitating structured training sessions
- Experience in compliance, procurement, risk management, and health & safety practices
- Proven ability to work with diverse stakeholders and tailor training methods accordingly

- Willingness and ability to travel on short notice for extended periods
- Proactive, dynamic, and solution-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to deliver engaging and dynamic sessions
- Cross-disciplinary thinker with a strong public speaking presence
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Zoom/Teams, e-learning platforms, report writing, and session documentation
- Demonstrates professionalism by “walking the talk” with punctuality and integrity
- Passion for continuous learning and professional development

Key Responsibilities & Abilities: Source new clients and maintain long-term business relationships Lead strategic sales planning to penetrate existing and emerging markets Prepare competitive proposals, pricing strategies, and compelling presentations Identify customer pain points and propose tailored solutions to meet their needs Set individual and departmental sales targets, monitor performance metrics, and drive accountability Mentor and train sales staff to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue, expand market share, and strengthen client relationships Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions Coordinate client acquisition initiatives, pipeline management, and market outreach Demonstrate strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Oversee the full sales cycle from prospecting through deal closure Collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment of offerings with client needs Manage and update customer databases and CRM tools accurately Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales tactics Represent the company at client meetings, expos, and industry events Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness Ensure compliance with contractual terms and client expectations
