We are seeking two highly motivated and detail-oriented professionals to join our team as Accounting & Administration Officers. The successful candidates will play a critical role in managing financial operations, administrative functions, and supporting business growth across different areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
  • Handle budgeting, invoicing, and reconciliations in line with company standards.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles, tax laws, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support day-to-day administrative functions, including record management and reporting.
  • Coordinate with financial institutions and manage banking transactions.
  • Provide administrative and financial support to management and project teams.
  • Contribute to improving internal controls and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in AccountingBusiness AdministrationBanking & Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial management, and administration practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or similar).
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
    Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
