JOB DETAILS:

An Established Logistics Organization based in Ndola Zambia is looking to employ the Following:

Warehouse clerks (2)

Job Description

• Receive and process warehouse stock products.
• Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• To consolidate and verify data from the warehouse and input in the system for reporting purposes.
• To compile and verify stock reports for clients and send them out on a daily basis as per client requirement.
• To ensure all pre-alerts/transport documents are sent to relevant receiving parties.
• Updating bin cards and customs ledgers to ensure compliance.
• POD Management.

Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma or better in a related field
• Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management.
• Basic computer skills for inventory system updates.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Work Hours: 8

Experience: No Requirements

Level of Education: associate degree
