JOB DETAILS:

  MicroLoan Foundation is a microfinance Organization whose mission is to help poor Zambian women entrepreneurs work their way out of poverty. It achieves this mandate by providing small loans, training and savings facilitation. MLF works in the Eastern, Northern and Southern Provinces of Zambia. It has vacant positions in Kasama, Chipata and Mazabuka. The incumbents will be reporting to the Branch Manager.

Job Responsibilities:
• Recovery of Loans in default from CREDIT GROUPS
• Identification of appropriate clients
• Establishment, training and monitoring of credit groups for successful implementation of the program
• Preparation of loan requests and disbursement of loans according to MLF procedures

• Certificate in social work, community development, agriculture, business administration e.t.c
• Grade TWELVE CERTIFICATE HOLDERS are encouraged to apply
• Motorbike Riding License will be added advantage
