Reporting To: OPERATIONS MANAGER
Job Description
Managing Trips
Raising shipment Orders
Updating expenses for LPO’s ie fuel/funds
Updating expenses for border funds
Briefing and debriefing drivers before and after trips
Reconciling border schedules
Coordinating with the Operations Manager in generating Sales Orders
Sending loading orders to clients
Coordinating with agents to ensure trucks push smoothly at the border to minimise delays
Sending the tracking report to clients
Sending the loading plan report for data updates of loads/ shipment orders
Constant communication with the drivers while on their trips
Update management on the current status of operations and on any eventualities
Any other related responsibilities

Qualifications
Full Grade Twelve Certificate
At least 3 years of work experience in a similar position
A minimum of a Diploma in Operations/ Logistics and Transportation
A Bachelors degree in any field will be an added advantage
