WE ARE HIRING: ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Company: The Booth Marketing

Location: Lusaka

Reporting To: General Manager / Account Director

The Booth Marketing is looking for a dynamic Account Executive to manage multiple client accounts across experiential, digital, media, and integrated marketing campaigns.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced agency environment and can confidently manage several campaigns at once ensuring all deliverables are on time, brief, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and service multiple client accounts concurrently
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients
  • Coordinate internal teams (creative, social, activations, production, media)
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and campaign workflows
  • Track budgets, quotations, and invoicing
  • Handle client feedback, approvals, and revisions
  • Prepare campaign updates and post-campaign reports
  • Prepare proposals and strategy
  • Prepare Market Analysis
  • Build and grow strong client relationships

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an agency environment
  • Proven ability to manage multiple clients or campaigns
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills
  • Solid understanding of marketing and campaign execution
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
  • Full Grade 12 Certificate
