Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administration Intern to support our administrative and operational functions. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in business administration, office coordination, and project documentation. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, proactive, and has a strong interest in business operations and logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily administrative tasks including filing, data entry, scanning, and document control.
- Support the preparation of business documents such as invoices, quotations, and delivery notes.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files for easy retrieval and compliance.
- Assist in tracking procurement and delivery schedules with vendors and site teams.
- Help coordinate internal meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Respond to emails and phone calls professionally and in a timely manner.
- Perform errands and office support tasks as assigned by supervisors.
- Support social media or digital documentation when needed.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Self-driven with a strong sense of responsibility and initiative.
