PRIMARY SUPPORT FUNCTION
Supporting Site Managers by quoting clients, setting up appointments, attending site meetings and compiling of information for sign off by clients.
Supporting Site Managers by preparing cutting schedules, tracking, material orders, optimization of products to be signed off.
Supporting Site Managers with their customer liaison including managing correspondence with clients once a sale has been confirmed. This includes updating them on their order, sending out invoices, sending payment reminders etc.
Support the managing ‘client files’ (both electronic and paper based), ensuring that the Client file is populated regularly with all correspondence.
PRIMARY SALES FUNCTION
Responding quickly and efficiently to inward quote enquires received via walk-in customers, email, website or Facebook.
Collecting and inputting customer details into the central client database.
Proactively following up on quotes that might have gone ‘stale’.
Proactively finding potential business through targeted visits to sites, networking and marketing initiatives
SUPPORT OF DIRECTORS
Preparing larger quotes and tender documents.
Preparing a weekly sales report showing quotes sent out, quotes accepted, quotes declined. All with associated values, timings and other particulars i.e. did we upsell showers, skylights, Barriers, hardware, automated doors, saunas etc
Client liaison with key clients such as architects, contractors and developers.
Designing and developing sales tools such as the website, brochures and samples.
OFFICE ENVIRONMENT AND SURROUNDINGS
Ensuring that the Showroom and working environments are clean, uncluttered and orderly.
Ensuring that the product displays are clean, stocked, maintained and operating correctly.
Ensuring that clients are welcomed to offices, made to feel comfortable and attended to in an exceptional manner.
Ensuring that Profile Samples are Labelled and ready to hand out to clients.
Any other Duties as instructed by Senior Management.
