SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficiency in HR software and systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Problem solving skills
  • Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience, even if limited, in an HR or Administrative role.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Recruitment and hiring: Assist in drafting job postings, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and processing new hire paperwork.
  • Employee record management: Maintain and update employee files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Training and development: Help coordinate training sessions and administer related activities.
  • Employee Relations: Assist with handling employee requests, grievances, and disciplinary procedures, and help maintain positive employee relations.
  • Onboarding and off-boarding: Support the integration of new employees and the processing of departing employees
  • Administrative support: Provide general administrative support to the HR team and assist with projects as needed.
  • Data and reporting: Compile and analyze HR data, and generate reports to support decision making.
  • Ensuring compliance with HR policies and legal requirements
