This role is within Nelmo Enterprise, a company seeking to fill an Administrative & Operations Personnel position.

Responsibilities

Maintain orderly filing systems for invoices, receipts, delivery notes, quotations, and other company documents.

Prepare daily sales summaries and assist with stock reconciliation.

Support procurement processes, including drafting LPOs, receiving stock, and updating inventory records.

Coordinate with store staff to monitor stock movements and ensure accurate stock levels.

Assist in logistics planning for customer deliveries and supplier returns.

Update customer information and assist in handling client enquiries.

Ensure adherence to company procedures and maintain a clean, organized office environment.

Provide administrative support to management as required.
