Background
Due to the business expansion needs of the Lusaka factory, we are now sincerely recruiting talents for the following core positions. Welcome aspiring individuals to join hands and create a development blueprint together.
Responsibilities
1. Overall coordination of the factory's administrative management work, leading the entire process of salary calculation review and personnel recruitment (resume screening - interview organization - employment follow-up) to ensure the standardized operation of the human resources and salary system.
2. Responsible for receiving visits from government departments, cooperative customers, etc., coordinating the reception process and on-site arrangements; efficiently handling daily affairs such as employee attendance, welfare application, and dispute mediation.
3. Participate in the revision and improvement of factory rules and regulations, take the lead in implementing the supervision of system implementation; regularly organize employees to carry out popular science lectures and training on labor laws and other relevant laws and regulations.
Qualifications
1. Aged 25-35, male, college degree or above, majoring in administrative management, human resource management is preferred.
2. Proficiency in using Office software to make forms, with the ability to independently complete administrative reports.
3. Familiar with local labor laws and regulations, with excellent communication, coordination and problem-solving skills, and a strong sense of principle.
4. Those with more than 1 year of working experience as an administrative supervisor in manufacturing industry are preferred.
