The Administrative and Sales Assistant will serve as a point of contact for walk through customers with inquiries about our services and products and provide support to the marketing team as well as the rest of the team.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

Provide efficient and effective sales and administration support to ensure the smooth running the office

  • Ensure the cleanliness of the office space
  • Participate in product and service marketing and sales when assigned
  • Maintain good customer relations and be the first point of contact for customers to welcome them and guide them to the relevant office taking note of all visitors
  • Attend to customer inquiries and provide after sales support to customers
  • Take note of sales orders and ensure timely completion and collection of orders for clients
  • Manage social media marketing for Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn
  • Typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations.
  • Copying, scanning, printing of documents, as well as taking notes.
  • Entering client data and record keeping.
  • Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of management.
  • Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders.
  • Ordering office supplies and replacements, as well as managing client deliveries and courier services.
  • Any other administrative and sales support required.

Qualification and Skills

  • Certificate/Diploma in any administrative or sales field
  • Dependability — Job requires being reliable, responsible, and dependable, and fulfilling obligations.
  • Initiative — Job requires a willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges
  • Team player — Job requires being pleasant with others on the job and displaying a good-natured, cooperative attitude
  • Sales experience and knowledge of graphic designing a plus
  • Great time management
  • Well Spoken and Presentable
  • Analytical and pays attention to detail
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Packages- (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Knowledge of graphic designing and the printing industry a plus
