JOB DETAILS:
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor and ensure the effective delivery of security services at all assignments within the designated area.
• Ensure that all compliance documents (site files, post assessments, work risk assessments, training records etc) are up to date, where appropriate signed by the client.
• Ensure that security officers are well presented, wearing proper uniforms and displaying identification badges as required.
• Regularly visit and supervise assigned security sites within the area to ensure officers perform their duties effectively.
• Foster strong relationships with clients within the designated area.
• Collaborate with the training department to ensure security officers within the area receive appropriate training.
• Respond to and manage security-related incidents within the area.
• Maintain accurate records of site visits, officer performance, incidents, and client interactions.
• Monitor communication from the field on security related incidents, giving feedback and maintenance of data for analysis to give trends;
• Assisted the area manager to develop and submit branch management and operations performance reports in a timely manner.

Qualifications & Experience
• Grade 12 Certificate;
• Diploma in Security Management or related
• Minimum three (3) years Operational experience as a Senior Controller, Area Supervisor or other
relevant operations experience within a security organization;
