  • Maximize revenues by maintaining sustainable client relationships, upselling/cross-selling INFRATELS products, and driving portfolio growth.
  • Manage end-to-end client onboarding and debt collection.

Key Responsibilities:

SALES:

  • Maintain high penetration of INFRATEL’s products/services in the portfolio and market.
    • Achieve monthly sales targets (Gross Adds, revenue, and market share).
    • Conduct cold calling and actively sell company products.
    • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
    • Attend weekly sales KPI tracking meetings.

REPORTING:

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for the Senior Account Manager.
    • Maintain and report weekly progress on the sales pipeline.
    • Accurately update all sales data in the company’s CRM system.

CUSTOMER RETENTION:

  • Ensure 100% customer retention and upsell opportunities.

CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP:

  • Handle end-to-end client onboarding (contracts, documentation).
    • Manage debt collection and resolve customer queries promptly.

COST MANAGEMENT/BUDGET:

  • Adhere to pricing policies and company guidelines.
    • Conduct OPEX analysis and recommend cost-reduction strategies.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business-related field.
    • Valid clean manual driver’s license (2+ years’ driving experience).
    • ZAQA-verified qualifications (mandatory).

  • Strong sales methodologies and tools.
    • ICT industry knowledge.
    • Computer literacy.
    • Understanding of customer service and debt collection principles.

KEY SKILLS:

  • Analytical skills to assess prospects and opportunities.

    • Problem-solving abilities.
    • Strong oral, written, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to work across all organizational levels.

KEY ATTRIBUTES:

  • Self-motivated with minimal supervision required.
    • Team player with collaborative mindset.
    • Ability to build long-term client relationships.
    • Strong business acumen.
    • High integrity, honesty, and confidentiality.

Years of Experience Required:
