Location: Neelkanth Sarovar Premiere, Lusaka’s premier all-suite hotel

Neelkanth Sarovar Premiere is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant Food & Beverage (F&B) Controller to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for hospitality and expertise in cost control, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in managing and controlling all food and beverage costing to optimize profitability
2. Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records
3. Analyze consumption trends and identify areas for cost optimization
4. Conduct regular audits of F&B operations, including stock takes and waste management
5. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards across all F&B operations

Requirements:

• Full Grade 12 certificate
• Diploma in hospitality or any related field
• Knowledge of inventory systems and F&B cost control procedures
• Proficiency in MS Excel and hotel management software
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively

Work Hours: 8
